Based on the award-winning book, The Final Invasion: The Battle of Plattsburgh by Colonel David Fitz-Enz, with a special viewing of the short film based on the book, local resident Joe Ryan, in full 1812 military dress, will bring to life a key battle of the War of 1812. Not for the faint of heart or the squeamish, but for those who have a passion for a good story…which is good history. For adults and teens grade 6 and up. Registration begins November 1.
